Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
All Things Handmade delivers in the greater Georgetown, Guyana area using trusted couriers to ensure your gift arrives safely and on time. Orders typically process within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom-branded or bulk corporate orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery timelines vary by area but generally range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holiday volume.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before finalizing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
Returns
Due to the nature of curated gift boxes and perishable or consumable items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or once the box has been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Items damaged due to carrier mishandling will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure every gift arrives in perfect condition.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
Delivery timelines for corporate and bulk orders are confirmed during the ordering process. Final proofs (if applicable) must be approved before production begins. Once approved and produced, these orders cannot be canceled or returned.
