Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom-branded and bulk orders may require additional time. You’ll receive tracking information once the order is ready for delivery.
We deliver in the greater Georgetown Guyana area using trusted couriers to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time. If you are in other regions of Guyana, we can work with you to get your order delivered. Please contact us prior to placing the order.
Yes. For corporate orders, a standard greeting card where we print or handwrite your personal message. This is included in your Service Fee. For personal and pre-curated orders, we can include the personalized message for a small fee.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or suitable resolution.
Due to the nature of curated and consumable items, all sales are final. However, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value while maintaining the luxury look and feel of your gift.
Yes. We offer local pickup by appointment only. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
You’ll receive a email as soon as your gift is out for delivery. A representative will contact you 24 hours before to give an estimated time for delivery time slot and ensure we work with you as best as we can. For any issues, our support team is here to help.
The service fee is a standard charge added to custom or corporate orders to cover time, sourcing, coordination, and the specialized handling required for personalized projects.
Custom work isn’t plug-and-play. It takes consultation, design time, revisions, sourcing unique items, quality checks, and coordination with suppliers. The fee ensures the project gets the attention and precision it deserves.
